Each lane gets its own page, its own live signal, and its own field notes.
- FDA import alerts → Food importers whose shipments are being detained at the port, and the accredited labs and regulatory consultants who get them released.
- Solar construction → Solar developers with projects entering construction, and the contractors who build, commission and maintain them.
- Product recalls → Brands and importers with a consumer product recall, and the inspection and testing firms who protect the next shipment.
- More lanes Opened one at a time, wherever a clear signal shows who needs what right now.
Both sides of a market, qualified before they meet.
- 01 · Qualify the demand I start from signals that a company has a specific need and a reason to act on it now. Then I confirm the need is real: what is at stake, who owns the decision, and how soon it has to be solved.
- 02 · Qualify the supply On the other side I look for the specialists who solve that exact problem for a living. I check what they have actually done, what they are equipped to take on, and whether they have the capacity to do it well.
- 03 · Match on fit An introduction only happens when each side is what the other is looking for: the right problem, the right capability, the right timing. If the fit isn’t there, I say so, and neither side loses a meeting to it.
- 04 · Make the introduction Both sides agree before I connect them, and each arrives knowing who they are meeting and why. I stay involved until the conversation has gone somewhere useful.
The standard. An introduction is only as good as the work done before it. I make fewer of them, and each one is between two parties with a reason to meet.
What I see in these markets that outsiders miss.
