B2 Intros is a business name registered in Ontario, Canada, and operated by Syed Naufil Arshad as a sole proprietor based in Mississauga, Ontario. On this page “I” and “me” mean Syed Naufil Arshad, doing business as B2 Intros, and “you” means the company I work with.
These terms cover my introduction service and this website. If you and I have signed a separate agreement, that agreement comes first wherever the two differ.
The service
I introduce companies that have a specific, current need to the companies equipped to meet it. I qualify both sides first, and I make an introduction only when both have agreed to it. The steps are set out under How I work.
What you pay for is the introduction: an email that connects you directly with a named company and the right person there, together with what I have confirmed about their need or their capability.
Introductions are made by email only. I do not make them by phone, by video call or in person.
What happens after the introduction is between the two companies. Whether you work together, and on what terms, is your decision and theirs. Any contract is between the two of you. I am not a party to it, I do not perform the provider’s work, and I do not collect or hold payments between you.
I do not promise that an introduction will lead to a contract or to any amount of business.
Fees
I charge per introduction. There is no retainer, no subscription and no sign-up fee.
In most markets the provider pays the fee and the company with the need pays nothing. In some markets both sides pay. Which applies to you, and the amount, are agreed with you in writing before I make an introduction. You are never invoiced for a fee you have not agreed to.
Each introduction is invoiced separately, and I make it only after the invoice for it has been paid. If you do not agree to the fee, there is no invoice and no introduction.
Currency
Clients in the United States are invoiced in US dollars (USD). Clients in Canada are invoiced in Canadian dollars (CAD). The currency is stated on every invoice.
Payment
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe. They do not pass through this website, and I do not see or store them.
Refunds and replacements
If I have not made the introduction within 5 business days of the invoice being paid, I refund the fee you paid.
Once an introduction has been made, the fee is not refunded. Every introduction carries a replacement commitment instead. If the company I introduce you to does not match the information I gave you about it, tell me what did not match within 14 days of the introduction and I will replace it with another introduction at no additional charge. This applies whichever side of the introduction you are on.
The commitment covers the accuracy of what I told you. It does not cover a decision by either company not to go ahead.
To ask for a replacement, write to me through the contact page. The 14 days run from the date of the introduction email.
Cancellation
There is no subscription and no minimum term, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop working with me at any time. Each introduction is paid for before it is made, so nothing is owed when you stop.
