Each lane gets its own page, its own live signal, and its own field notes.
- FDA import alerts → Food importers whose shipments are being detained at the port, and the accredited labs and regulatory consultants who get them released.
- Solar construction → Solar developers with projects entering construction, and the contractors who build, commission and maintain them.
- Product recalls → Brands and importers with a consumer product recall, and the inspection and testing firms who protect the next shipment.
- More lanes Opened one at a time, wherever a clear signal shows who needs what right now.
Both sides of a market, qualified before they meet.
- 01 · Qualify the demand I start from signals that a company has a specific need and a reason to act on it now. Then I confirm the need is real: what is at stake, who owns the decision, and how soon it has to be solved.
- 02 · Qualify the supply On the other side I look for the specialists who solve that exact problem for a living. I check what they have actually done, what they are equipped to take on, and whether they have the capacity to do it well.
- 03 · Match on fit An introduction only happens when each side is what the other is looking for: the right problem, the right capability, the right timing. If the fit isn’t there, I say so, and neither side loses a meeting to it.
- 04 · Make the introduction Both sides agree before I connect them, and each arrives knowing who they are meeting and why. I stay involved until the conversation has gone somewhere useful.
The standard. An introduction is only as good as the work done before it. I make fewer of them, and each one is between two parties with a reason to meet.
Charged per introduction. No retainer.
- Per introduction I charge for each introduction I make. There is no retainer, no subscription and no sign-up fee. The fee is agreed in writing, and I make the introduction by email once the invoice for it is paid.
- Who pays In most markets the provider pays and the company with the need pays nothing. In some, both sides pay. You know which applies to you before anything is invoiced.
- Currency Clients in the United States are invoiced in US dollars (USD). Clients in Canada are invoiced in Canadian dollars (CAD).
- Refunds and replacements If I have not made the introduction within 5 business days of the invoice being paid, I refund the fee. Once an introduction is made, the fee is not refunded. If the company I introduce you to does not match what I told you about it, tell me within 14 days of the introduction and I replace it at no additional charge.
- Terms of service → The full terms, including refunds, replacements and cancellation.
What I see in these markets that outsiders miss.
